Hi everyone, thanks for your messages! So lovely to hear your experiences. We are hoping to have a zoom catch up in a few months to meet each other and share networks. If some people are keen we could also plan some ideas for the future and coordinate a little working group! My work in Africa has been somewhat limited but I did get to visit last year to the field trial I am working on for my PhD in Western Kenya. Working with CIAT (now ABC), I am looking at modelling cropping systems (using APSIM) to improve phosphorus efficiency and provide climate smart solutions to nutrient management. I am a student at the University of Queensland and the CSIRO in Brisbane.
